I love this place. They make the best iced Americano. (Not too watery!) The coffee and food is priced similar to Starbucks, but obviously much better. Support the small business and tons of open seating for people that don’t want to work from home. They have great espresso drinks. They sell wine and beer. We have a lot of food options in their little fridge, container and pastry options.
Great coffee, service, and atmosphere. Love the Alki bakery sausage breakfast sandwhich. The Diva at The Landing in Kenmore is an excellent space for kids, adults. Excellent spot to work and the wifi is fast.
Clean, friendly customer service, great quality snacks/pastries and drinks. It’s my first visit and I am shocked how great the quality of their coffee and matcha is here. I highly recommend trying this place out. There’s space to do some computer work or just hangout while in the comfort of a cafe environment, however, it’s not loud at all.
I love everything about this place. It is situated on a plaza with an open wall so you can enjoy the weather. The coffee is great, as well as the breakfast sandwiches and wraps. The vegan scone was the best, vegan scone I have ever had! I will be back!

Very inviting, spacious and clean. Has a town center vibe, a community gathering place. Primo coffee as always. Great location in "The Hanger" in Kenmore. Outdoor seating looks over a community space with a water fountain for kids to play in and many places to sit.
